Nanny Rose Queen Bee Sticks and Pulls

While waiting for my boyfriend in SM North EDSA, I thought of visiting the Department Store to find something that I can use to remove underarm hair. I thought of getting a Sally Hansen cold waxing kit  priced at Php1,000.00 (with a promising deal from the sales lady, an additional box of "unnatural" waxing strips --like in veet, i guess.). But then i thought of looking around first and search for something that is similar to what LayBare is using. 

Then I found this cute boxed waxing kit

I was convinced to grab a box because it looked so natural -with only a paper box and a beautiful strip of brown and pink paper wrapped around it. Priced at only a hundred, I decided to give it a try. I bought the smallest pack (50g) and gave it a try the next morning.

I liked it's consistency. Unlike other bloggers who thought it's hard to spread, I did it with no sweat! lol

But here comes the sad part... Every after pull of the strip, only a few hair are pulled leaving me re-applying to nth time. It took me 30 minutes to strip off hair on my left underarm. And I got bored and tamad already to strip the right underarm (lol I'll do it again later, with the aid of our helper!). It's good on the other hand because i felt no pain at all, or maybe I'm really just used to waxing my underarm? I don't know...

Maybe I'll jut finish the 50g tub and find another brand. Or if I get it for free I'll give it another try and try to blog about it more positively! hahahaha!
