Lower East Side Ballet Flats from Payless ShoeSource

We headed to Shangri-La last Tuesday in search of mom's wish, a Liz Claiborne wallet but found out that the shop already closed ages ago and Rustan's doesn't carry the brand anymore. Actually I learned about Liz Claiborne closing months ago but just want to try my luck for mom on mom's day!

Anyway I ended up buying these comfy flats from Payless Shoesource (don't know the exact location of this shop in Shang, somewhere near the escalator just below Crossings.)
