I've read a lot of complaints in their Facebook page but then as far as I'm concerned, everything goes well with me and Zalora Philippines so no worries! I pay via PayPal because I feel it's more safe (card security-wise) and efficient (no more bank counter lines, scanning, emailing etc, you get your payment confirmed right there and then!) That is what you can call a hassle-free shopping.
The delivery service is great too contrary to what you can see in the comments section of Zalora's Facebook Page posts. I kind of think these people with all their rants are missing out on some things they have to do for their orders and payments to be confirmed (see another good thing about paying online?) or maybe they were just born stupid. I don't know, not sure. lol
This time I didn't get any Php5oo off every item. I just found these cute pieces and can't resist. They're just Php15o-19 anyway.
Arrived today after a Customer Service Representative called yesterday and this morning! Next time I'll take a photo of the Zguys, their backpacks are sooo cute I think I can fit inside it. lol
