Remember the sheer top I was raving about?
Another fail story of Zalora experience. I don't know how it happened and I can't even believe that it is happening, that aside from my VERY DELAYED shipments, they even got the nerve to tell me that one of the items I ALREADY PAID FOR is unfortunately out of stock already!!! I want to bring out the Claudine in me last night when I heard this news (pero what the heck, its just a top) but I felt very dismayed of Zalora. Honestly, I will be thinking really hard about whether to still do business with them (you should too!). I think someone is behind all these fail events. I think someone missed to work on my orders after paying for them maybe they just piled my papers somewhere and totally forgot about it. SHIT.
I was given choices, A.) I can choose other products B.) They will do refund and C.) They'll give me a voucher code of same amount. I chose neither of the three. I said I will be waiting for the next stocks (if ever there'd still be no, they have to re-produce pala come-what-may!) THEY WILL BE GIVING ME MY MILLY LAD TOP whatever happens. It's my right as a consumer, It's just right that I get the specific product I paid for! I paid for it already so it is considered sold and owned by me so I should have the top and ZALORA have to do everything to produce it for me.

Darn, should've seen this post earlier. *le sigh*
